About SYSQUANCO

Thomas Müllenholz personally

I was born and grew up in Bonn, the former federal capital in the beautiful Siebengebirge. Curious and eager to learn, I continue to research answers in education, psychology, philosophy and quantum physics.

I practiced Kendō (Japanese sword fighting), Filipino stick fighting, Taekwondo and Tai Chi.

I currently prefer alpine hiking, inline skating,
intuitive archery and racing cycling.

I gained formative intercultural experiences in Brazil, the UK and the USA.

SYSQUANCO is a made-up word (acronym) and consists of the first syllables of the activities that make up my way of working:

SYStemic (= overall picture of the causal relationships and their causes) QUANtum (= the concept of Field theory: Applied “Quantum Physics” in the Social Sciences) CO (= Consulting/Coaching).

After

Field theory

(Kurt Lewin) the behavior of a person, group or organizational unit is to be derived from the effects of dynamic forces in a field.

I have been active as a management trainer and management consultant for change management and process optimization since 2003.

Diverse experiences working with training and consulting companies, with international and medium-sized companies and comprehensive further training have led me to the realization that something fundamentally needs to change in the scene.

More than 50% of training and coaching measures and change management projects do not achieve the planned goals, are canceled prematurely and budgets are not adhered to.
The possible successes are not realized in sales and distribution; the completion rates are lagging behind the planning horizon.

Instead of questioning the status quo, people continue to do what hasn't worked for a long time out of convenience and habit.

In this way, dependencies are systematically created and events are carried out that do not deliver what they promise.

In the area of tension between pressure for change, resistance and constantly growing challenges with increasing complexity, it is time to aggressively address the real causes.

I work independently and self-determinedly with my clients on the real causes of the problems and resolve the inhibiting and hindering factors in real time. Sustainable change is only possible if resistance is first resolved.

To do this, I use quantum physics methods that have an immediate effect and support and strengthen individuals, teams and organizations in achieving their goals more easily and quickly.
